Max was prompt in answering emails and helpful with the transaction. Your sample presentation is very impressive. The entire process was very easy. He sent me samples that I received within days. We were able to order and the entire transaction only took about a week and that was getting samples, choosing what I wanted and receiving the item. I had prayer. I've previously been researching the items and because it was for a very specific need, not a promotional item. I wanted it to be a quality item and but the one I chose from your company absolutely is and also considering cost. It was well within our budget and also cheaper than what I've found previously for much less of a quality item sold by others.

Exceptional Service, Products, Delivery & Costs
Great products, great price, knowledgeable staff, fast delivery. We were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. They understood the remit of what we wanted to achieve with our promo items and recommended great solutions. I was quite exacting about how I wanted things to look and I was looked after extremely well, and not made to feel annoying once (when I completely was!)

Great customer service
Great customer service. RJ was incredibly helpful and patient. We continued to adjust our design for branded/personalized swag, and RJ kept sending new mockups, adjusted prices, and was just great to work with in general. He overnighted us a complimentary product before ordering, just to make sure we liked it. He also called during the process and after delivery to make sure we liked everything. The ability to speak to a real, helpful person is rare these days. Definitely recommend based on the customer service alone, plus products look great, too. Thanks!

Personalised water bottle
The company was patient and and kept giving us more information because we were really undecided about we wanted. It took a lot of back and forth until we could work out what we wanted. The order arrived quickly and looked amazing.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience. I reached out to get some personalized mix bottles for our company and received a call from them that day. Shelby was amazing to work with and stayed in contact with us throughout the designing, payment, processing and delivery. She even followed up to make sure the mix bottles came out how we expected them. I will definitely will be working with them again in the future.
