Very prompt and super kind and friendly service

Very prompt and super kind and friendly response from Krystal. She was absolutely lovely to deal with, both over the phone and via email. She helped with problem solving and worked so hard to make this a fantastic outcome for what I was trying to do. I am really thrilled with the quality, the careful packing and the speed of delivery. The Rondo mug is the perfect size and works incredibly well. They look stunning and I'm very pleased because I paid for these myself. I want to particularly acknowledge Krystal and her work, because I don't think I would have had the confidence to order such a large amount without her care and guidance. Thank you so much. I have recommended your company now to several colleagues and you have me as a repeat customer because now everyone wants these!

Seamless from end-to-end.

Exceptional

I ordered 50 units of the 300 mL Silver espresso vacuum cup with a personalised logo. I was delighted with the final product. It feels fantastic in my hand and looks and feels premium. It even fits into my car’s cup holders, unlike many other cups. Regarding delivery, I had expected it by the 10th business day after payment but it arrived on the 7th. That was great news! The customer service was exceptional. Both Jayden and Maggie were incredibly helpful and prompt in their responses. I’m not sure yet how it will hold up after years of use but I’ll definitely come back for a review in the future.
